IF YOU ARE REGISTERED AS AUTHOR DON'T FORGET TO FILL THE FIELD "author username"

This system has been designed so that you can register through a web interface. Upon receiving your registration form we will send out an acknowledgement of receipt with your registration details. Afterwards, once we have received the proof of your payment, you will get an email confirming your registration with your invoice.

 

Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted. Registrations will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full.

within fifteen working days after receipt of the acknowledgement.

If TISA Congresos S.L. does not receive your payment in full or the respective proof of payment, TISA Congresos S.L. reserves the right to refuse and cancel your registration.

 

Students, to qualify for the discounted fee, must provide, via fax or e-mail to TISA Congresos S.L., a signed letter on letterhead of their university or institution verifying they are full-time students and a copy of their valid student ID card.

In order to receive a registration confirmation by e-mail, please make sure that you indicate your e-mail address on the registration form. The confirmation letter will include your registration number and other important information.

Delegates must bring the Confirmation letter/Invoice to the ICHS 2007 and present it at the registration counter as proof of their registration. In addition, students must bring also both forms of verification to the ICHS 2007.

Payment can be made by bank transfer. Please note that all bank costs and money transfer costs must be prepaid by the registrant.

Please, be sure to pay all fees charged from your bank. We must receive your wire transfer amount in full.

Please, do not forget to ask your bank to include your name as the issuer (originator) of the transference;

INSERT ALSO THE REF. NUMBER OF THE PAPER otherwise, we will not be able to associate the transference to your conference fees.


Cancellations and substitutions

Conference Materials Pick Up 

Conference materials must be picked up at the conference secretariat. Attendees will be required to present their ICHS 2007 Confirmation letter or Invoice, or a valid photo identification to claim their conference materials.

Attendees that wish to pick up the conference materials of another colleague, that by any chance a non-foreseeable event prevent him/her, at the last moment, from attending the conference, must present a signed written authorization from their colleague, on letterhead of his/her organization, indicating that they are authorized to pick up his/her conference materials on his/her behalf.

Liability and Insurance 

The conference organizers can not accept liability for personal injuries, or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference delegates (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your own insurance.

Post-conference Services

Registration at the Site

Participants should register with the conference secretariat during the first day of the conference to collect their name badge and where further information will be provided by the members of the local Organizing Committee. Conference attendees will be required to wear conference name badges at all times.

Conference Secretariat

The conference secretariat will take care of all the administrative aspects of the meeting: registration, late fee collection and day-to-day organisation. He/she will be at the registration desk 30 minutes before the morning and afternoon sessions and 30 minutes after the afternoon session, as well as during coffee breaks.
