Abstract Submission Deadline :  January 31st, 2005

Authors are required to register and submit scientific abstracts through the Conference Web site using the ABSTRACT TEMPLATE and forward it also to the Secretariat e-mail address: ICHS@hysafe.org. The maximum number of words of the paper abstract is 500. The abstract should not include formulas and figures and not exceed 30 lines. The abstracts must indicate the topic and subtopic addressed, the title of paper, and the Author(s) Name(s). The abstracts will be evaluated by the members of the Scientific Committee; the judgement will be forwarded to the authors by mail.

There is a limit of two  paper abstracts for each  registered author.

During the submission process, authors will receive a ref. code for each abstract submitted. After submission,  a confirmation e-mail  will be sent to the author,  with a summary of  the  result of the submission. Authors are required to use the identification code in all future correspondence regarding the paper abstract in question.

All abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Word(.DOC) or Adobe Acrobat(.PDF) file formats.
