FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
Manuscripts preparations
Authors are requested to submit their full papers in electronic form using the template available on the official website under session "Full Paper Formatting Guidelines".
Authors are requested to submit ONLINE their papers in Word and PDF format and forward them also to the Secretariat e-mail address (ICHS@hysafe.org), using the Ref. number assigned from the system.
To submit online the documents, authors must:
- login using their author username account;
- Upload the paper using the Ref. Number assigned to the abstract
A key criterion for accepting papers for presentation will be the quality and relevance of their safety content.
The maximum length of papers is 12 A4 pages.
The papers will be accepted after the reviewing process performed by the members of the Scientific Committee.
Each paper will be analysed by the reviewers who will be asked to evaluate it and to give suggestions and ways of its improving.
Only papers prepared according to the paper template given at the Conference Website will be considered.
Accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings that will be available at the beginning of the Conference.
